Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the website SalesWing.io (hereinafter "the Site") and the presence partner services provided by SalesWing.

Use of the Site and our services implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

Article 2 - Description of Services

SalesWing provides a professional presence partner service for entrepreneurs, founders, and sales professionals.

Our service includes:

• Matching clients with professional presence partners for video calls
• Scheduling and coordination of call sessions
• Post-call debriefs and feedback (depending on selected package)
• Sales coaching and strategy sessions (premium packages only)

Presence partners appear on your video calls as assistants, leveraging the well-documented Halo Effect to enhance professional perception and close rates.

Article 3 - Call Duration and Scheduling

All calls are limited to a maximum duration of 1 hour. Should a call exceed this limit, it will count as an additional call from your package.

Scheduling requirements vary by package:

• Trial: 48-hour advance scheduling required
• Starter Pack: 24-hour advance scheduling required
• Growth Pack: Same-day scheduling available

Article 4 - Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled call time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the call being deducted from your package.

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 4 hours notice at no additional charge.

Article 5 - Confidentiality

All presence partners sign comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before joining our network.

Our partners are contractually bound to strict confidentiality regarding:

• All information discussed during calls
• Client business details and strategies
• Prospect and investor information
• Deal terms and financial information

Article 6 - Payment Terms

All packages are prepaid. Payment is required before accessing our services.

Call credits do not expire but cannot be refunded once purchased. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer credit towards future packages at our discretion.

Article 7 - User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information when booking calls
• Treat presence partners with respect and professionalism
• Not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
• Not record, screenshot, or share any content from calls without explicit consent
• Ensure call content is lawful and does not involve harassment or discrimination

Article 8 - Limitation of Liability

SalesWing provides presence partner services to enhance professional perception. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as closed deals, successful investments, or increased revenue.

SalesWing is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost deals, failed negotiations, or any business losses.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, site structure) is the exclusive property of SalesWing, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the Site elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 10 - Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.

In case of dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and failing amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Delaware.
